| Description | Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a systemic immune disease, is often life-threatening. The plasma exchange (PE) and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) are of great significance in the treatment of HLH. To better understand the immune microenvironment of HLH, particularly the immune cell distribution during different treatment stage, we obtained four PBMC samples from this patient who were treated with PE and CRRT at multiple disease stages, including after six PE and three CRRT procedures (T6), partial remission (Pr), Deterioration (Dt), and treatment after deterioration (TDt), and processed for scRNA-seq using the BGI platform |
