Description Macrophage derived GPNMB promotes AAFs ECM expression via the integrin avb1 receptor and AKT/ERK sign-fibrotic roleal pathway. Leflunomide might play an anti-fibrotic role in TAK by interfering with the macrophage-derived GPNMB/AAFs axis.
