| Description | In this study, clinical data and gene detection results of 102 breast cancer patients were included for analysis. Mutations related to MBC tumors were reported, metastasis sites in different clusters and gene pathways and mutations related to prognosis were analyzed, and genome changes and mutation characteristics related to treatment resistance were revealed. In addition, we also discussed the potential defensive strategies for patients with FGF/FGFR amplified MBC. |
