This is a multi-center, single-arm, phase Ib study which enrolled treatment-naive aUC patients. Patients received Socazolimab (5mg/kg) and nab-paclitaxel (260mg/m2) every 3 weeks. Primary endpoint was the safety and tolerability of the combination regimen. Second endpoints were the objective response rate (ORR) and progression-free survival (PFS). |
