| Title | The whole-exome wide association analysis of 161 GPP and 364 controls |
|---|---|
| Description | To comprehensively explore the molecular pathogenesis of GPP, whole-exome sequencing was performed on 161 generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) patients and 364 controls. After quality controls, 431,249 variants were identified, comprising 223,599 coding, and 207,650 non-coding variants. We performed single-variant association analysis and found that two loci achieved exome-wide significance. |
