| Description | 1.VEH - BCAA: The C57 mice were fed the GAN diet (40% fat, 22% fructose, and 2% cholesterol) diet and libitum for up to 26 weeks. The mice in the group of BCAA received 20mg /kg BT2 orally every day over the last 12 weeks. The mice in the VEH group received control buffer orally every day; 2. ncc-nca-cdc-cda: The C57 mice were randomly divided into four groups, which were fed either a chow diet (with 70% calories from starch) or a choline-deficient amino acid-defined high fat diet (CDAHFD) for nine weeks, and injected with blank control adenovirus or knockdown adenovirus respectively. The first two letters stand for normal diet control (nc) or CDAHFD (cd), the last letter means control adenovirus (c) or knockdown adenovirus (a); 3.WT-CCL4: The C57 mice in the group of Flox-CCL4 received 10% CCL4 (diluted with peanut oil) by intraperitoneal injection three times a week for six weeks totally. The mice in the VEH group received control buffer (peanut oil) injection meanwhile. |
