| Title |
Lenalidomide, rituximab, and methotrexate (R2-MTX) in newly diagnosed patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma: A multicenter, single-arm, open-labeled, phase II clinical trial |
| Description |
The optimal first-line treatment regimen for primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) remains undefined. This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of R2-MTX (lenalidomide, rituximab, and methotrexate) as a first-line induction regimen in the treatment of newly-diagnosed PCNSL.Targeted panel sequencing was performed with a selected panel comprising 280 genes related to DLBCL . Genomic DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor tissue samples obtained at diagnosis. Specimens from all 17 participants were sent for second-generation sequencing, but only 10 could be successfully sequenced |
