| Description | This trial will be an open, one-arm clinical study. The test is divided into two parts: Part I is a dose-increasing study of single dose, and the "3+3" design is used to carry out the climbing of four dose groups. Each dose group must be analyzed for biological distribution characteristics, biological effects, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, efficacy and safety; Part II will conduct a dose increase study of multiple doses according to the safety and preliminary efficacy of single bite. |
