| Title | RNAseq-based transcriptome and blood routine |
|---|---|
| Description | Both views of platelet transcriptomic and blood routine features positively contribute to the progression diagnosis of thyroid cancer. The integration of these two blood-derived samples achieves a satisfying four-class classification accuracy of 0.8750. The proposed model may be potentially used to monitor the four development stages of thyroid cancers using the blood samples only. |
