| Description | Through analysis of the single-cell RNA sequencing data of the human skeletal muscle ageing atlas project, we found a novel myonuclei population that may protect against muscle aging. Besides, from single-cell RNA sequencing data, we also found two compensatory mechanisms for fast-twitch myofiber loss. To confirm these findings, we used immunofluorescence (IF) method. |
