| Description | Our single-cell RNA sequencing data of human skeletal muscle ageing atlas project revealed a novel subtype of muscle stem cell which accumulated CCL2 and may contribute to muscle stem cell aging. To validate this, we used FACS to sort out this cell population and performed qPCR to detect expression of marker genes aiming to confirm this novel cell type. We also detected CCL2 expression and validated its up-regulation in aging muscle stem cell. |
