The paired-end RNA-sequencing (PolyA selected) was performed to capture the gene expression profiles of HCCLM3 cell lines transfected with non-targeting shRNA or shRNA-TMEM237. Sequencing Reads were preprocessed and aligned to hg38 using hisat program; Read counts were generated by featureCounts package. |
