| Title | Immune Profiling of Macroenvironment in Human Colorectal Cancer and Alteration after Anti-PD-1 Therapy |
|---|---|
| Description | We studied 220 spatial samples by Cytometry by Time-Of-Flight (CyTOF) from 22 colorectal cancer patients including 19 treatment-naive patients and 3 patients receiving anti-PD-1 therapy, to unveil the distinct immune profile of tumor, blood, gastrointestinal tracts comprising epithelial layer, lamina propria, submucosa and muscle propria of normal bowel as well as adjacent bowel tissues. In addition, we acquired 20 samples from 4 patients including bulk digested bowel samples, to appraise the different cell type abundance between our tissue disassociation method and traditional digestion method. |
