With the increasing of female infertility in China, assisted reproductive technology (ART) in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer fertility treatment become more and more important to meet the pregnancy needs of infertility patients. There are many factors that influence ART, the ovarian function is one of them. Moreover, Fragile X Mental Retardability 1 (FMR1) gene appears to be the gene more closely related to ovarian function.The aim of this study was to determine whether CGG repeats on the FMR1 gene affect on ART outcomes in Chinese women. |
