| Description | These structures were calculated based on the collected cryo-single particle data using a 300kV field emission cryo-electron microscope, Titan Krios. The data were processed sequentially through MotionCorr2 (Version 2.1.4), CTFFIND (Version 4.1), and Relion (Version 3.0.3) software, generating electron density .mrc files and evaluating local resolution with ResMap (Version 1.1.4). The protein models were built using the COOT software (Version 0.8.9.1 EL) based on the electron density files and protein sequences, and the model quality was evaluated using PHENIX (Version 1.17.1-3660) software. Finally, the structures were visualized with UCSF Chimera (Version 1.13.1) and PYMOL software. |
