| Title | Single-cell analysis of efficacy-related cell populations after neoadjuvant anti-PD-1 therapy in gastric cancer |
|---|---|
| Description | Sintilimab (anti-PD-1 antibody) plus oxaliplatin/capecitabine as a neoadjuvant regimen showed promising efficacy in gastric cancer (GC) (NCT04065282). Here, we aimed to explore tumour microenvironment (TME) components (immune and stromal cells) associated with clinical response. In pre-treatment and surgery stages, 67 tumour and adjacent normal samples from 20 patients were processed for single-cell RNA and T/B cell receptor profiling. Therapeutic responses accessed by PET-CT were used for correlation analysis with TME components. |
