1Summary
Title proteomic date of binding partners of PsbS in response to high light
Description In this study, we first examine the effect of modifying antenna size on plant physiology, photosynthetic efficiency; then we created mutants of antenna protein of PSII, PsbS and xanthophyll cycle. We found that LHCB1 is a key subunit controlling NPQ, and the PsbS dimer formation involves P132. Furthermore, we identified PsbS interactome using a TurboID proximity labelling-based proteomics strategy. Detailed proteomic analysis identified novel binding partners of PsbS in response to high light.
