Title CYTOR Facilitates Formation of FOSL1 Phase Separation and Super Enhancers to Drive Metastasis of Tumor Budding Cells in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Description To comprehensively dissect the molecular mechanisms governing TB cells during progression of HNSCC, we collected adjacent non-cancerous epithelium (ANCE), tumor center cells (TC) and TB cells from primary HNSCC, and metastatic HNSCC cells from lymph nodes (LNM) using laser capture microdissection. Then, Affymetrix HTA2.0 array was used to profile the landscape of transcripts in these cells.
