The targets of PCr in GSCs
Title | The targets of PCr in GSCs |
---|---|
Description | Phosphocreatine (PCr) is a natural metabolite that provides energy for the high energy demand organs such as muscle and nerve tissues. To identify the direct targets of PCr, we covalently conjugated PCr onto magnetic beads and performed a magnetic bead pull-down assay with whole-cell extracts of GSCs, followed by LC-MS analysis. |
