Title | The effect of intrapartum prolonged oxygen exposure on fetal metabolic status |
---|---|
Description | About 140 women in the latent phase of labor with no complications. A total of 1117 molecular features with weight of 100 to 1000 Da were extracted (611 in positive mode, 456 in negative mode). Prolonged oxygen exposure during labor significantly altered 91 metabolites (38 metabolites showed a remarkable increase and 53 metabolites reduced significantly) in the umbilical cord arterial plasma. |
