Title Spatial transcriptomics reveals tryptophan metabolism restricting maturation of intratumoral tertiary lymphoid structures
Description In this study, we develop a novel strategy that enables the comprehensive mapping of TLSs in an in situ context and simultaneously deciphering their microenvironment using spatial transcriptomic profiles with a broad view of tissue sections at a cellular resolution generated by Stereo-seq. We collected 13 tumor center tissues, 14 tumor leading edge tissues, and 11 peritumor tissues of 22 treatment-naive hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) patients (discovery cohort) for spatial transcriptomics analysis.
