---|---|
Description | Accurate etiological diagnosis of extrinsic severe disease complicated with central nervous system infection, identification of whether the infection and the specific pathogenic microorganisms are critical to the treatment and prognosis of patients. mNGS can detect pathogens that cause blood, respiratory, central nervous system, eye infections, and unexplained fever, especially in critically ill patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of mNGS in the etiology diagnosis and drug resistance prediction of central nervous system infection after neurosurgery. We prospectively enrolled 139 patients with suspected central nervous system infection after neurosurgery. The data uploaded are the mNGS detection data of cerebrospinal fluid of suspected infected patients after being sent to human sources. |
