Title Transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses reveal the differential accumulation of phenylpropanoids and terpenoids in hemp autotetraploid and its diploid progenitor
Description In this study, we investigated the autopolyploidization effects om the biosynthesis and accumulation of these matabolites, transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses were performed to explore the gene expression and metabolic variations in industrial hemp autotetraploids and their diploid progenitors. The flowers of cannabis diploids and teraploids were extracted separately and ground into powder,200mg of which was freeze-fried, and then extracted for LC-MS, 8 replicate analyses per ploidy. Data were collected separately for both positive and negative ion modes.
