Transcriptomic sequencing of resveratrol
Title | Transcriptomic sequencing of resveratrol |
---|---|
Description | Resveratrol (RES), a polyphenol found in plants and fruits, prevents cardiovascular disease through a variety of signaling pathways. RES plays a pleiotropic and atheroprotective role in the vascular system, and its mechanism is not fully understood. Transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of RES-treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) suggest that differentially expressed mrnas may be new targets for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. |
