Description | Reestablishment of immune homeostasis under the tacrolimus-based immunosuppressive treatment after liver transplantation (LT) is essential for long-term graft survival. However, little is known about the dynamic changes of immune remodeling after LT for providing reference to the precise and dynamic management of immunosuppressants treatment in the clinic. Herein, we mapped the dynamic immune cell compositions and functions alteration of the peripheral immune microenvironment at single-cell resolution in patients with and without acute cellular rejection (ACR) in the scenario with treatment of tacrolimus based immunosuppressive regimen after LT. |
