| Description | In order to characterize the molecular feature and predict the sensitivity of NCRT for LARC, we recruited 71 LARC patients for RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) in two batches from September 28, 2010 to November 27, 2019. The first batch included fifty-five patients and sixteen in the second. Our cohort contained 18 females and 53 males. The average age was 54 (range: 31-73 years) and the median of overall survival was 46.53 months (range:2.77-136.77 months). Of these patients, only 19 out of 71 LARC patients achieved pCR to NCRT and 55 (73.24 %) achieved incomplete response (iCR). |
