| Description | Pre-treatment tumor biopsies were evaluated for RNA sequencing, and RNA was extracted with TRIzol (Invitrogen) from frozen tissue samples from 20 patients (10 IC responders and 10 non-responders). RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced using the Illumina NextSeq 500 platform. |
