Description | In order to explore how the molecular and oligodendrocyte-specific gene expression profiles of cerebral infarction area were altered in C-Olig2-treated mouse hippocampi compared to those in Mock-treated mouse hippocampi, we performed transcriptome analysis of hippocampal samples from the four groups at the single-cell level by snRNA-seq. We sampled 15,505 nuclei: 9821, 1502, 2079 and 2203 from the Sham, Mock, I-Olig2 and C-Olig2 groups, respectively. |
