Description | To compare the functional outputs of megakaryopoiesis through the direct and stepwise differentiation routes, scRNA-seq was performed with purified CD41+ MKs spanning different ploidy (from 2N to 32N) from six 2-month-old *Cd48dre;R26rox-tdTomato* mice under normal and stress condition. The ploidy tomato expression under different conditions are available in MK_meta_data.csv. The expression pattern of megakayocytes are available in MK_counts.csv. Mouse cell cycle genes used in cell cycle analysis: please see mouse_cell_cycle_genes.rds. |
