---|---|
Description | This study aims to identify novel rare-variant sets that associates with subjective cognitive decline. We performed a whole genome sequence-based genome-wide scan for SCD phenotype in Chinese population with up to 9,248 individuals in discovery stage and replicated the findings in 1,479 individuals. Our discovery aims to insights into pathogenic mechanisms of SCD and help to identify novel pathways for early intervention. |
