Title Single-cell chromatin accessibility analysis reveals the epigenetic basis and signature transcription factors for the molecular subtypes of colorectal cancers
Description To comprehensively profile the epigenetic landscape of CRC at single-cell resolution, we conducted scATAC-Seq analysis across a spectrum that included healthy colon tissue, precancerous adenoma, and CRC samples from 29 patients.
