Title Regulatory Effect and Mechanism of Erythroblastic Island Macrophages on Anemia in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
Description We use RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to determine the differences of EBI macrophages in NDMM patients with or without anemia. RNA was extracted from CD14+ cells purified using a magnetic-activated cell-sorting system that uses magnetic beads, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The sequencing was performed at the Annoroad Gene Technology Institute using the Illumina platform and a PE150 strategy. The RNA samples and cDNA libraries were subjected to quality control.
