Mass spectrometry based proteomic analysis of potential host proteins interacting with GP5 in PRRSV-infected PAMs
Title | Mass spectrometry based proteomic analysis of potential host proteins interacting with GP5 in PRRSV-infected PAMs |
---|---|
Description | To understand the functions of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) GP5, we identified GP5-interacting partners in PRRSV-infected primary alveolar macrophages (PAMs) by immunoprecipitation (IP) assay combined with LC-MS/MS. PAMs were infected with PRRSV, and then lysed for GP5-IP assay. After SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, the gel was revealed by silver staining, gel fragments were excised and identified by chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). |
