Gene expression data in lung and blood vessels post acute COVID-19
Title | Gene expression data in lung and blood vessels post acute COVID-19 |
---|---|
Description | Trace amount of COVID-19 nucleic acid could be detected in the tissues of some COVID-19 convalescent patients, and the viral persistence is associated with long COVID symptoms. To investigate how the viral persistence affects tissue and organ function, we selected lung and blood vessel samples for transcriptome sequencing, attempting to analyze the differences in gene expression between groups with and without viral nucleic acid detection. |
