Description Pinus taeda seedlings were cultivated in plastic boxes and dealt with drought stress and inoculation of root endophytic fungus Serendipita indica. Metabolome and proteome were analyzed for their needles. A: watered+non-inoculated seedlings; B: watered+inoculated seedlings; C: drought+non-inoculated seedlings; D: drought+inoculated seedlings.
