| Description | Immunoprecipitates pulled down with anti-Flag antibody or anti-IgG from 293T cells transfected with Flag-DICER plasmid were collected by SDS-PAGE. The proteomic analysis based on LC-MS/MS was performed at the Proteomics of Core Facility of Basic Medical Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Raw data were processed with MaxQuant and searched against the Homo sapiens Uniprot database using the Andromeda search engine integrated into MaxQuant and default settings were applied. |
