| Description | This study will investigate the efficacy and safety of osimertinib as adjuvant treatment in resectable NSCLC harboring uncommon EGFRm (single or compound mutations of G719X/L861Q/S768I/de novo T790M excluding exon 19 del/L858R/exon 20 insertion) to explore opportunities for the use of adjuvant osimertinib in this subset of patients. There will be five analyses for this study. This is the first blood ctDNA baseline analysis performed when subjects with baseline blood samples are collected. the study objectives are, 1.To assess the molecular mechanism of recurrence (Monitoring of molecular mutational status during the study through NGS testing, Molecular recurrence pattern at disease recurrence through NGS testing), 2.To describe the post recurrence characteristics (Recurrence pattern (Sites & types of recurrence: local/regional or distant), Treatment pattern after recurrence). |
