Title LC-MS Metabolite Identification in hepG2 with or without treatment of KDM1A inhibitor
Description We treated HepG2 cells with vehicle or 1μM SP2509 for 3 days. Then we did the metabolomics analysis performed by mass spectrometry on control and SP2509-treated HepG2 cells.For sample preparation, cells were mixed with glass beads and a mixed solution of acetonitrile, methanol, and water. The mixture was rapidly frozen in liquid nitrogen and thawed, followed by centrifugation to collect the supernatant. The supernatant was then dried and redissolved in an acetonitrile and 2-amino-3-(2-chloro-phenyl)-propionic acid solution. The sample was filtered and transferred for LC-MS analysis.
