Title Exploring the Molecular Mechanism of Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis
Description Bulk RNA derived from 21 pre-treatment tumor tissue samples were extracted. Purified RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA using NEBNext RNA First Strand Synthesis Module (NEB, Cat# E7525S) and NEBNext Ultra II nondirectional RNA Second Strand Synthesis Module (NEB, Cat# E6111S). Subsequently, the libraries were sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System (Illumina) in PE150 mode. The obtained reads were first checked by fastqc and aligned to the hg19 reference human genome. For RNA-seq, filtered and aligned reads were processed using STAR (version 020201) and assembled using StringTie2 (version 1.3.5).
