In this study, we perform comprehensive metabolic profiling of leaves from 160 diverse rice accessions under UV-B stress using a widely targeted metabolomics approach. Substantial differences in the accumulation of metabolites are showed between indica and japonica after UV-B treatment, implying the possible role and mechanism of metabolome in rice response and tolerance to UV-B stress. |
