EGFR atypical mutation prevalence and outcome analysis in Chinese NSCLC patients
Title | EGFR atypical mutation prevalence and outcome analysis in Chinese NSCLC patients |
---|---|
Description | The incidence of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations is relatively high in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. For NSCLC patients carrying atypical EGFR mutations, choosing targeted therapy remains a challenge, and more research is needed to develop effective treatment strategies to improve the survival rate and quality of life of these patients.Through data statistical analysis, describe the incidence of EGFR atypical mutation types in NSCLC patients who have received initial treatment and third-generation EGFR-TKI treatment, and explore the impact of EGFR atypical mutations on the efficacy of NSCLC patients receiving third-generation EGFR-TKI treatment. |
