| Description | HEK293 cells were transfected with Flag-YAP together with Myc-TRAF6 and with HA-K63-Ub. After transfection for 48 h, cell lysates were purified with anti-Flag affinity beads and eluted with Flag peptides. After SDS-PAGE WB and Coomassie Blue staining, YAP specific bands with intensive signals were cut and analyzed by reverse-phase nanospray liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The MS/MS data were processed by using Proteome Discoverer 1.3. |
