| Description | Human umbilical vein endothelial cells exposed to OSS (0.5±4 dyn/cm2) for 2 hours. Integrin alpha5 antibody was incubated with whole cell lysates, and Protein A/G PLUS Agarose beads were added. After binding, the agarose beads were washed with cold phosphate buffered saline plus 0.1% NP-40.The integrin alpha5 bead complex was resolved on NuPAGE 4 12% Bis Tris gel and silver stained by using the Pierce silver stain kit. Bands were excised from the gel and subjected to LC MS/MS sequencing. |
