| Title |
Exploring the efficacious constituents and underlying mechanisms of tangweian granule for diabetic gastroparesis treatment through multi-omics |
| Description |
The analytical instruments utilized in this experiment are a mass spectrometry platform system consisting of a Waters ACQUITY UPLC I-Class plus/Thermo QE ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem high-resolution mass spectrometer and an Agilent 7890B-5977A gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The chromatographic conditions are as follows:For LC (Liquid Chromatography): The column used is an ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3; the column temperature is maintained at 45°C; the mobile phases are A - water with 0.1% formic acid and B - acetonitrile; the flow rate is set at 0.35 mL/min; and the injection volume is 3 µL.For GC (Gas Chromatography): The capillary column is a DB-5MS with high-purity helium gas (purity not less than 99.999%) as the carrier gas at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. |
