| Description |
LC-MS/MS high-resolution mass spectrometry detection was performed using a Bruker timsTOF HT mass spectrometer and a nanoElute 2 liquid chromatography system. The DIA liquid-phase elution gradient was as follows: a C18 analytical column was used, with buffer A consisting of 0.1% formic acid in water and buffer B consisting of 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile. After peptide separation, DIA (data-independent acquisition) mass spectrometry analysis was carried out using the timsTOF HT mass spectrometer (Bruker). Collision Energy: 20-59 eV; Ramp Time: 50 ms. All mass spectrometry data were merged using the PASER software for database searching and DIA protein quantification. The sequence file used for the search was uniprot-Mus musculus-10090-irt-2024.2.1.fasta. |
