| Description | We recruited 50 localized prostate cancer patients to receive carbon ion radiotherapy (CIRT). Plasma samples were collected before and after CIRT. These samples were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) platform. These samples named with B002, B003, B004 and son on, group named with before CIRT and after CIRT. Retention time, retention index and m/z provided in this detection. Metabolites were matched with house and NIST database. |
