The sample source is the "Nutrition and Health of Aging Population in China" (NHAPC) study of blood samples of 50-70-year-olds collected in Beijing and Shanghai in 2005. In 2017, he completed the amino acid spectrum detection of 2000 samples through Agilent Technologies' 7890A-GC/5975C-insert MSD (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS) system at the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences. |
