We recruited 50 localized prostate cancer patients to receive carbon ion radiotherapy (CIRT). Plasma samples were collected before and after CIRT. These samples were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) platform. And we used positive and negative models of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) and reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) method to detect these samples. These samples named B002, B003, B004 and so on, group named with before CIRT and after CIRT. Retention time, molecular weight, and metabolites information matched from the database were provided in this detection. Metabolites were matched with MzCloud, ChemSpider, HMDB, Lipid Maps, and house database. Each sample's data represented peak intensity. The internal standard was LPC 12:0 and PC 11:0/11:0. |
