| Description | We performed scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq from three patients of cervical cancer (Project : PRJCA004999. Submission of HRA: HRA000871). Here is the processed data. For scRNA-seq, data matrix is the gene expression across each cell barcode. For scATAC-seq, data matrix including peaks and gene activity score (RP score). For metadata, samples from tumor primary sites of the three patients named as p1ca, p2ca, p3ca; samples from metastatic lymph node of the three patients named as p1ln, p2ln, p3ln. |
