| Description | Multi-Omics Breast Cancer Database , a simple and easily accessible repository that integrates genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, clinical data of different subtypes of breast cancer. This database allows users to retrieve simple nucleotide variation (SNV), gene expression, microRNA expression, DNA methylation data by various search fashions. The rawdata of this dataset comes from TCGA database.The processed data sets are as follows:1. Gene expression matrix of 1222 patients, including counts, fpkm and UQ.2. 27K methylation chip data of 342 patients and 450k methylation chip data of 892 patients.3. The expression data of miRNA and mature RNA of 1207 patients.4. Meta information of the above data.5. Clinical information of 1098 patients.6. SNV information of 1009 patients. |
